What does 'call to order' mean?

The products that are marked as "call to order" are items that we do not keep in stock -- they are manufactured upon customer request.

What to Expect While Ordering

The process starts when you contact the shopHMTX customer care team with your request for a call to order product.

The representative will ask you for several pieces of information regarding your request:

  • The exact product you are requesting
  • Quantity
  • Your name
  • Shipping address
  • Phone number
  • E-mail address

With this information, they will be able to relay the order total, as well as, the estimated production and shipping times.

Payment Process

Shortly after your call with customer care, you will receive an email from shopHMTX with an invoice to submit payment via PayPal. Since these orders are custom and take place outside of our normal ordering process, we use PayPal as a trusted payment platform to process these payments.

*Payment must be received within 24 hours, or the order will be cancelled*

Returns

Since these products are custom made to order, no returns will be accepted. If your order is damaged upon delivery, quickly contact our customer care team.

Production and Shipping Time

Since these products are made to order, there is a production time of approximately 10 - 12 business days. (Occasionally these custom orders do not pass initial quality standards and will need to go back into production, extending the expected production time.)

Once production is complete, they will ship via FedEx Ground. Shipping takes approximately 3 - 5 business days, depending on the final destination. 

It is important to note, Allure Transitions and Moldings are 94" in length. Therefore, a very large package should be expected.
